Whole Lamb Share
Our lambs are raised to the highest quality with a 100% grass-fed diet. Carcasses range from 40-50# hanging weight. This will result in you taking home about 30# of various cuts of lamb. Our whole lamb share consists of your choice of cuts, a combination of ground lamb, steaks and chops, roasts, and stew meat. Offal, soup bones, and tallow available upon request.
You will receive a cut sheet that you will need to fill out. Our lambs are processed at RRR in Buckley, MI. Processing fees will be due upon pickup.
Lambs are harvested in November/December 2025. This is when you will receive your share.
